The National Institute of Business Management (NIBM), Patna is established in 1990. The institute is established as one of the top Management Education, Environment Management Education, Industrial Safety Management and Computer Education (Hardware & Software), Journalism & Mass Communication & Hotel (Catering) Management centers in the country. This is the first Management Institute in Bihar which has started education in Environment Management. The NIBM, Patna has also provided an opportunity to adopt the various new techniques and methods in the teaching of different faculty as adopted in that part of world. The institute is now well equipped with highly qualified Faculty Members, Honorary Visiting Members, Part-time faculty, a very rich library, a Modern Computer Centre a Environment Science Lab., a research wing of qualified, competent and devoted research workers.
