b. It provides grooming / coaching free of cost for present & ex-students of all Sainik Schools [i.e. Sainik Schoolians & Ex-Sainik Schoolians] under the scholarship project of AISSOSA / NGO & fee after success from relatives of Sainik Schoolians & Ex- Sainik schoolians.
c. Special batches for SSB interview grooming /coaching consisting of only Sainik Schoolians are conducted in summer vacation/DP vacation/winter vacation. Summer vacation batch is the best for sainik schoolians because then they get more time for practice before going to face SSB interview. More practice means more grooming ultimately more success because officer like qualities (OLQs)are developed due to personality development which is due to change in thinking. Change in thinking is a psychological process & psychological process takes more time.
