It provides SSB interview grooming/coaching for any post of officer in Indian Army/Navy/Air Force like for NDA, CDS, TES, College of Military Engineering, college of naval engineering, ACC etc. b. Can those students who have not studied in Sainik school take admission for SSB interview grooming / coaching in this institute? Yes, they can take admission in this institute for SSB interview grooming / coaching. c. For which all posts students can go directly to face SSB interview? What is the criteria for that?  Boys with 70% marks in PCM of +2/I.Sc for TES (College of Military Engineering & college of navy engineering) are exempted written competition and are directly send for SSB interview after preparation.  Boys & Girls with 60% marks in B.Tech degree for officers post in engineering department in Army/Navy/Airforce are exempted written competition and are directly send for SSB interview after preparation. o Girls having 60% marks in graduation & boys having grade B in ‘C’ certificate of NCC are exempted written competition for post of officer and are directly send for SSB interview after preparation. d. How much is the role of physical strength (physique) for selection in SSB interview? There is no role of physical strength in selection of SSB Interview. Selection in SSB interview totally depends upon officer like qualities (OLQs). Physically strong students with no OLQs are rejected & physically weak students with OLQs are selected. e. How this institute is different from other SSB interview coaching institutes?  Firstly this institute has entirely different approach than other institutes of India. It believes more in imparting grooming than coaching. Secondly it provides free of cost grooming/coaching for deserving or needy students. Thirdly it is welfare oriented institute and not money minting oriented. f. What is difference between grooming & coaching?  There are many differences between grooming & coaching like grooming course is of twenty days spread over a year. It starts at least a year before going for SSB interview and continues for at least for one year but coaching is imparted for ten to fifteen days that too just before going for SSB interview.  In grooming course officer like qualities (OLQS) are developed in due course of time but in coaching course due to paucity of time the qualities are forcibly superimposed on students which confuses the students leading to rejection.  The grooming has three phases of preparation that is Personality development, Basic SSB interview, Detail SSB interview spread over a year where as coaching has only one phase. g. Which is better grooming or coaching?  Grooming is far better than coaching because in it success in SSB interview is more or less sure but in coaching success is more or less gambling. The success rate in grooming course is many times more than coaching course. The number of successful students of these schools which are under grooming umbrella of this institute is many times more than those schools which are under coaching umbrella. h. What are grooming umbrella & coaching umbrella?  If more number of students from one school is interested in personality development and SSB interview preparation then SSB interview experts from this institute go to that school, stay in the school and prepare the students for SSB Interview. Students do not have to come to this institute at Patna. This is called providing umbrella. If this process starts are year in advance it is called grooming umbrella & if starts few days before going for SSB interview it is called coaching umbrella. i.
